Online orders for single malts, artisanal spirits, wines, and fine beverages placed through the 3 Dots Ground Floor Boutique are currently fulfilled within designated Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) pincodes across South Kolkata, Central Kolkata, Salt Lake, and New Town. Deliveries beyond West Bengal state boundaries or to non-permitted areas are strictly prohibited under state excise regulations.

In accordance with the West Bengal Excise Act, alcohol delivery is strictly permitted only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. To ensure compliance:

• The person accepting the delivery must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID).
• Our delivery executive will verify the recipient's age and match the delivery OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
• If the recipient is unable to produce a valid ID proving age eligibility (21+), the order will not be handed over and will be returned to the boutique.

We offer two primary options for obtaining your boutique purchases:

• Same-Day Express Local Delivery: Orders placed between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM are dispatched within 2 to 4 hours. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed for morning dispatch the following day.
• Complimentary Store Pickup: You can select 'Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your items directly from our Ground Floor Liquor Boutique at Golpark, Kolkata (11:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily). Please bring your order confirmation and valid Govt ID.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address distance from our Golpark venue:

• Standard Local Delivery (within 5 km): ₹99 per order.
• Extended Local Delivery (5 km to 12 km): ₹199 per order.
• Complimentary Delivery: Orders exceeding ₹5,000 qualify for free local express delivery.
• Store Pickup: Always 100% Free.

All spirits, wines, and glassware orders are packaged in custom-padded, shock-resistant, and tamper-evident sealed boxes to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. Customers are advised to inspect the outer seal before accepting the delivery and reporting any visible outer damage to the courier executive immediately.

Deliveries will not be attempted on statutory West Bengal Excise Dry Days (such as national holidays or election days mandated by law). If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to provide valid 21+ ID proof, a re-delivery fee of ₹99 may apply, or the order may be cancelled subject to boutique restocking terms.
