To purchase liquor online or consume alcoholic beverages on our premises, you must be at least 21 years of age as mandated by West Bengal Excise laws. Valid government photo ID is required for verification.

When booking a dining or lounge table at 3 Dots Kolkata:

• Grace Period: Reserved tables will be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time. Beyond 15 minutes, unconfirmed reservations may be released to waiting walk-in guests.
• Private Dining Room (PDR) & Large Parties: Group reservations exceeding 8 guests or PDR bookings may require an advance booking deposit.
• Cancellations: Table cancellations should be notified at least 4 hours in advance. For PDR or private event cancellations, specific event contract terms apply.

All spirits, wines, and alcoholic beverage purchases via our online boutique or Ground Floor retail store are subject to state excise laws and stock availability:

• Products are sold exclusively for legal consumption by individuals aged 21 and above.
• Deliveries will not be executed on state-mandated Excise Dry Days.
• 3 Dots supports and promotes responsible drinking. Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual showing signs of intoxication.

To ensure a safe, refined, and enjoyable experience for all guests:

• Right of Admission: Management reserves the right of admission to all floors of the venue.
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire is required in the Cocktail Bar (Floor 1) and Sky Lounge (Floor 2). Slippers, flip-flops, and open sandals for men are restricted during peak evening hours after 7:00 PM.
• Conduct: Disruptive, offensive, or harassing behavior toward staff or fellow patrons will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

All menu prices, boutique listings, and service charges are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) as specified. Payments processed online are secured via certified payment partners. Cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI are accepted at the venue.
